About
Design of Experiments Club (DoE Club) is successfully inaugurated at Dr.N.G.P.Institute of Technology, Coimbatore on 01.09.2018. The club focusses on importance of Design of Experiments in several applications and the future scope of research.
Objective
- To introduce the Design of Experiments and to make use of it in their Project work
- To familiarize the students with the application of DoE in several fields of engineering such as materials, welding, machining etc.,
- To improve the research culture among the faculty and students
Outcome
- Outline the concepts of Design of Experiments
- Discuss about Taguchi and Response surface methodology
- Explain the importance of DoE in project
